Can you do a custom order? TOP
We certainly can! We LOVE custom orders! You let us know what you want and we will find it for you. We have often times found a new product to offer at a customers custom order request.
If you have an image in mind that you would like embroidered just let us know and we will do all we can to provide exactly what you are thinking of. Do you offer wholesale prices? TOP
Yes. We offer wholesale or bulk prices on any order of 20 or more of the same item. The image and/or text must be the same on each item.
Please contact us with further questions and we will happily give you a quote. Will my embroidery fade or unravel? TOP Definately not. We use commercial embroidery machines for all of our work. Commercial grade machines offer much tighter embroidery, meaning that it will not unravel, even with repeated washings. We also only use the finest commercial grade embroidery thread. It will remain color fast and beautiful for a very long time. Can I return a product if I don't like it? TOP
Due to each of our items being custom made we can not accept returns on personalized items. We will of course replace any product that is not satisfactory due to an error on our part. How long will my order take? TOP
Each custom order usually takes 1-2 weeks to produce and ship. More often then not, especially on the tutu's, onesies and towels, we can ship within 2-3 business days of ordering!
We pride ourselves in getting orders out in a quick and timely fashion and will do our very best at getting all orders to you as soon as we can.
If you have a specific date that you need an order completed by please let us know and we will do everything in our power to get it to you in time. We will also do our very best for Rush orders Can I rush my order? TOP
YES. Most of my orders take a little less then 2 weeks to create before shipping. If you need it before then simply choose YES to the Rush option when placing your order, and leave me a note of your need by date and I'll get it right out.
Please keep in mind that I only work Mon-Friday and shipping takes 2-3 days by priority mail. I do my best to ship early so that packages have plenty of time to arrive, but I can NOT be held responsible for USPS slow shipping when it occasionally occurs. Do I have to add RUSH to more then one item on my order? TOP
If you are ordering 2 or more items please only choose rush on one item. If your order is large and I feel that your order is going to take more time then a regular order I will contact you before beginning the order about paying additional rush fees.
