Each tutu is made with a non rolling elastic waistband and yards and yards of soft shimmering tulle.  You can pick as many colors as you would like.  This tutu has hot pink, paris pink and baby pink. Each tutu will be adorned with a matching flower clip. That can be removed later for the hair.
