Each tutu is made with a non rolling elastic waistband and yards and yards of soft shimmering tulle.  You can pick up to 3 colors of tulle for each tutu.  This tutu has citrus, shrimp and hot pink. Each tutu will be adorned with a matching flower clip. That can be removed later for the hair.
