Each tutu is made with a non rolling elastic waistband and yards and yards of soft shimmering tulle.  This tutu is made with ONE solid color.  If you desire more then one color in your tutu please see our "Lil' Miss" tutu.    Each tutu will be adorned with soft maribou/daisy hair clips that can be later removed for use in the hair.

 

Tutu sizes are as follows

   Small- Fits Newborn to 6 months (4 inches in length)

  Medium- Fits 6 months to 1 year (6 inches in length)

  Large- Fits 1 Year to 4 Years old (9 inches in length)

**Most people order a Large size for average sized one year olds!***

For sizes larger then 4 years old please add extra inches for length and specify waist size.
