The tutu is created using yards and yards of red and white tulle, but feel free to change up the colors! You can pick as many colors as you would like.  My tutus standard length is 9 inches.  If you want it longer there will be an additional $2/inch.

Availability:  Usually ships within 2 weeks.  If you need this item sooner than 3 weeks there is a $10 rush processing fee.
