Our tutu's measure approximately 9 inches long but can be made longer upon request. $2 will be added to your order for each extra inch in length. All of my Fancy Pants Diaper Bloomers/covers are double seat panties made with a soft elastic waist and have a bias cut seat. They are made of 65% polyester & 35% cotton and are machine washable. Each pair is trimmed around the leg with white eyelet lace and are accented with coordinating bows.
